Trebloc Solutions is a company registered in the Republic of Costa Rica under Corporate ID No. 3-102-93695 and licensed to offer online games of chance. References to “Incognito Casino,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Trebloc Solutions. The services are provided via the website resolving to the relevant URL.

Accessing the website, registering an account, or using any services means you accept these Terms, along with incorporated documents such as our Privacy Policy, applicable Game Rules, promotional conditions, and any other relevant policies. Each visit or use reaffirms your acceptance of the current version. If you disagree, you must stop using the website and services immediately. These Terms remain effective until properly terminated, and certain provisions survive termination.

When creating an account, you confirm that:

Only one account per person is allowed, with restrictions based on household, IP, payment method, or device. We may close duplicate accounts, withhold funds, and apply administrative fees. We conduct verification checks (identity, credit, fraud) and may share data with third parties for this purpose. Failure to pass verification can result in account suspension or closure.

Access does not imply legality in your location. We prohibit access from certain jurisdictions, including but not limited to the United States and its territories, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, and others listed on the site. We use geo-blocking tools, and any access from restricted areas (including via circumvention) may lead to forfeited deposits and no liability on our part.

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity on your account. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately. Ensure your registered details remain accurate.

Accounts are funded with real money via approved methods (cards, transfers, e-wallets, bonuses, winnings). Availability of methods varies. Deposits may have limits and are credited upon receipt. We segregate player funds but offer no insolvency protection or interest. Third-party payment methods are prohibited. We may verify source of funds and freeze accounts if concerns arise. You indemnify us against chargebacks or reversals. No refunds on deposits except via valid withdrawals after required checks. Withdrawals require cleared deposits, completed verification, and no ongoing investigations. We process via the original deposit method where possible and may delay for additional checks. Errors in payments must be reported promptly.

Bets are limited to your available balance and game-specific rules. You accept the risk of loss and hold us harmless. Games are supplied by certified third-party providers with tested RNG and RTP. We are not liable for technical issues in games.

Winnings are credited after clearance and subject to daily (€4,000), weekly (€10,000), and monthly (€20,000) withdrawal limits (or currency equivalent). Daily profit caps apply by user tier. Certain irregular play (e.g., high-risk bonus bets over 30% of deposit/bonus, low-margin hedging, prohibited strategies) may void winnings. We may withhold or report winnings as required by law.

Bonuses are optional, subject to specific terms, wagering requirements, and expiry (often 7 days). Winnings from no-deposit bonuses or free spins are capped (e.g., €10 or €5). Maximum bonus winnings may be limited to €2,000.

Data charges may apply on mobile networks. In case of disconnection, we attempt to resume games but may settle or refund bets if resumption fails.

You must not engage in fraud, collusion, money laundering, bonus abuse, or use bots/advantage techniques. Suspected violations may lead to immediate account restrictions, fund forfeiture, and reporting to authorities.

Some features require third-party software under separate licenses. We are not liable for IT failures, outages, or resulting losses.

You may self-exclude temporarily or permanently via support. During exclusion, access is blocked. Permanent exclusion closes the account with fund forfeiture.

We may update these Terms or modify services for any reason, with changes posted on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

Contact support to close your account. Accounts inactive for 7+ months incur monthly fees (€50 or balance-reducing amount) after 30 days’ notice.

We may restrict or close accounts for breaches, legal requirements, suspected issues, or other reasons at our discretion.

Accounts found to involve underage users are suspended, deposits returned (minus winnings), and excess winnings recoverable.

Contact support first. Unresolved issues may escalate internally or to regulators. Server records are final.

Services are “as is.” We exclude liability for indirect losses or issues beyond our control. You indemnify us against claims arising from your breaches.

All site content is our property. Personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.

We may transfer these Terms. No third-party enforcement rights. Governing law is Curaçao, with exclusive jurisdiction there.
